IMPORTANT COVID 19 UPDATES.
To protect the homeowner, the agent, and ourselves, we have adopted new policies and procedures.
If the photographer feels ill at all, or has been in contact with someone that is ill, the photographer will have to reassign his shoot.
If the photographer feels he has come in contact with the possibility of contracting an illness, he will leave.
The photographer will not touch any personal items throughout the home during the shoot. The home should be setup using our prep guide (attached to booking confirmation) prior to the arrival of the photographer.
The photographer will be wearing a mask and latex gloves throughout the shoot.
We ask our agents and homeowners to be off site for the duration of any indoor Watson Media House shoot. If that is not possible, we ask them to kindly wait in a physically separated part of the home, by distance of no less than 10 feet.
We ask that the property be clean and all surfaces disinfected with an approved disinfectant prior to the photographers arrival.
To eliminate the need to touch items in the home, have all major lights turned on prior to shoot.
