Copyright Agreement

This Copyright Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Watson Media house (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Ownership and Rights:

All digital images provided by the Provider to the Customer are protected by copyright laws and are the sole intellectual property of the Provider. The Provider grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital images solely for the purpose of promoting the real estate properties to potential buyers.

2. Restrictions:

The Customer agrees not to resell, sublicense, or distribute the digital images provided by the Provider. The Customer acknowledges that any unauthorized use or reproduction of the digital images will be considered a violation of copyright laws and may result in legal action.

3. Term and Termination:

This Agreement shall remain in effect unless terminated by either party. The Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if it is determined that the Customer has violated any provision of this Agreement.

4. Indemnification:

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to the Customer's unauthorized use or distribution of the digital images in violation of this Agreement.

5. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Provider operates.

6. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Provider and the Customer regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.

By using the digital images provided by the Provider, the Customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions stated in this Copyright Agreement.
